All sales are final. By purchasing from 21®, you acknowledge that digital goods (usernames, accounts) cannot be refunded once delivered. Read these terms carefully before making any purchase.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing 2-1.xyz or purchasing any username, account, or digital service from 21® (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our Services.

2. Sales Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. Once a username or account is delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be honored. This policy exists because:

Digital goods cannot be "returned" once ownership is transferred
Account credentials are immediately accessible upon delivery
We verify all items before listing and guarantee authenticity

By completing a purchase, you waive your right to file a chargeback or payment dispute.

3. Item Authenticity & Verification

All usernames and accounts sold through 21® are:

Verified authentic — We confirm ownership and access before listing
Clean history — No violations, bans, or restrictions (unless explicitly stated)
Secure delivery — Full credentials provided through encrypted channels

If an item is materially misrepresented (e.g., advertised as "unbanned" but is actually suspended), contact us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.

4. Payment & Escrow

We accept: Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), CashApp, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For transactions over $200, escrow services are available through trusted third parties. Escrow fees are split 50/50 unless otherwise agreed.

Price displayed is final. No hidden fees. Payment must be received in full before item delivery.

5. Delivery & Ownership Transfer

Delivery occurs within 24 hours of payment confirmation (typically instant). You will receive:

Full account credentials (username, password, email access if applicable)
Instructions for securing the account
Recovery information (where applicable)

Once delivered, ownership is transferred to you. You are responsible for immediately changing passwords and securing the account.

6. Platform Terms Compliance

Username and account transfers may violate the Terms of Service of Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, PSN, or other platforms. You acknowledge this risk and agree to hold 21® harmless for any consequences, including account suspension or loss.

We do not guarantee that platforms will allow the transfer. Use at your own discretion.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Resell items with intent to defraud
Attempt chargebacks after receiving goods
Use purchased accounts for illegal activity, harassment, or spam
Impersonate the original owner to reclaim accounts

Violation results in immediate ban from future purchases and potential legal action.

8. Liability Limitations

21® is not liable for:

Platform bans or suspensions after ownership transfer
Loss of account due to your failure to secure credentials
Third-party claims (e.g., original owner reclaiming via social engineering)
Changes to platform policies that affect username/account value

Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price paid.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes must be raised within 24 hours of delivery via Telegram (@abuto). We will work in good faith to resolve legitimate issues. After 24 hours, all sales are considered final with no exceptions.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
